Return and Exchange Policy

Shoe Returns 

Our return policy for shoes lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your date of delivery, unfortunately we will not offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. (All products are inspected by our quality control team with pictures and video footage to show the condition it was in before leaving our facility before shipping).

To complete your return, if you are eligible, first email us at info@neugentssole.com with subject line: RETURN along with your order number, please give a brief description of the reason for the return and include the tracking number for the returned item(s). Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted.

If you are shipping an item back to us, you should use a trackable shipping service that includes insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.

Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery will not be accepted and returned back to customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

THERE IS A $15 RESTOCK FEE PER PAIR OF SHOES RETURNED, THIS FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE TOTAL OF YOUR REFUND AMOUNT.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund after 3-5 business days, first contact us at info@neugentssole.com with your order number in the subject line and allow 24-48 hours for a response.

Sale items (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping Items Back For Return/Exchange

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
