PREORDER POLICY

If you order a PREORDER item with items that are in stock, your entire order will ship on the date listed for your preorder item. We suggest separate orders if you would like your non-preorder items to ship within our normal 5-7 business day timeframe. (Weekends are not included.) Email us at info@shopneugent.com with your order number, if you would to arrange for your order to ship separately.
